You will have to make sure that your Internet connection is active and working, then start the software and log in the Center. It's possible that the service is in maintenance and because of that you keep receiving errors related to the login procedure. Attempt to log in again and if it's not working, simply uninstall the application then download a new package from the official website and log in again. It should work correctly this time.
